Counselling and Coaching
Individual, family, or group counselling sessions offer the opportunity to find support and discover pathways for better coping with and overcoming life challenges. Sessions vary in length from brief 30-minute phone calls to more in-depth engagements of up to 60 minutes duration. Rohan as your counsellor will collaborate with you as to session planning that will best suit your circumstances. Trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, grief, and loss are examples of life challenges in which individual counselling can help guide you on the path to mental wellness.
