Description

This is a comprehensive assessment for individuals who are struggling with physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual issues. We will work together on the basis of health and mental wellness principles in a private one-on-one setting. This can easily be done over the phone, the internet, or in person. From the initial lifestyle assessment, we’ll identify what’s working, strengths, and areas for improvement. An action plan will then be implanted so that you can take charge of your health and live the life you were meant to have. Here are some main things that will be covered:
